What to expect when you receive your new ATV:
Our ATVs are new in the original shipping container & sold/shipped as-is.
Since this item is shipped directly to you in the manufacturer's carton, you will be required to perform
minor assembly which may include mounting wheels, filling or changing oil, connecting the battery, etc.
Using standard tools, it shouldn't take you more than a half-hour or so. Instructions are included!
Any local small engine mechanic should be able to assist at your expense if desired.
Payment Options:
We will contact you within 48 hours after acceptance of your offer to confirm payment details.
Your payment method will be approved before merchandise ships. We ship anywhere in the US except Alaska & Hawaii.
Shipping Info:
Our ATVs are new in the original shipping container & sold/shipped as-is. We maintain a close relationship with our
freight companies and only use the most reliable, affordable carriers. Your receipt will include a tracking number from the shipper.
You are required to inspect your order immediately upon receipt for any damages and contact us immediately.
A flat rate shipping charge of $169 will be added to all orders.
We require a physical address (no PO Box) and contact phone number for all shipments.
We will not share your contact info with anyone other than our shipping agents.
Warranty:
Every ATV we sell comes with our 30-day bumper-to-bumper parts warranty from the date you receive your shipment.
This warranty covers replacement parts for manufacturer defects only. Shipping damages or damage due
to misuse or excessive wear & tear are not covered. There are no other warranties or agreements,
expressed or implied including fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement.
Availability:
We receive frequent shipments directly from our ATV manufacturer. However, in the event an item is out of stock,
we will contact you immediately to confirm your backorder, or offer a replacement color/style of equal value.
Safety First:
Although these ATVs are built for FUN, please remember that this is not a toy. Our ATVs are meant for off-road
use only & riders should always understand their vehicle's basic functions before riding. Always wear protective
equipment including helmet & gloves. Riders under the age of 16 should be supervised by an adult at all times.
We are not liable for any accident, injury or fatality as a result of riding or operating our ATVs.
