These straps are manufacutered with 2" material around the tire and 4" material over the top, with 3 SPOTS where the winch strap can go through and 3 SPOTS for the front strap with the flat hook. With these easy adjustments you can tow cars with wheels from 13" to 18" and low profile tires. All DOT and related regulations exceeded. There is a winch strap on 1 end and a heavy duty 2" flat hook on the other end. Remember we are the manufacturer and stand behind all our products. We also sell a set of the 2" ratchet handles in our store. We also have the finger hooks and ratchet hook for the ratchets in the store also.
