United States Shipping
United States (50 States) Shipping Information:
· All items are shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation, we also offer UPS Ground delivery if preferred.
· This shipping price always covers all shipping, and handling charges. Insurance is optional.
· Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of payment receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST).
· Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
· An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount.
· You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once order has been shipped.
· We don't offer shipping to the following: P.O. Box, Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's.
International Shipping
International:
· We do ship international, by request, for an additional Fee. Please for a shipping quote before you check out.
· On orders shipped outside the USA there may be local customs or duties. Please be aware that all countries have different procedures and fees for incoming packages.
Return Policy
To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within seven (7) days from the date you received your order, to qualify for a refund. Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price. No shipping fees are refunded.
All return items must be in unused conditions, in the original boxes (if applicable) and with all parts and accessories and it should be free from any scratches, marks, or blemishes. Once item is in used condition it cannot be returned or exchange.
