<P>Seller is not responsible for items that are lost/damaged in the mail if buyer does not choose to insure package.
<p>We combine shipping when you tell us. We will combine shipping on multiple items.

<P>We must hear from you within 2 days of the auction end. Payment is due within ten days of the auction end. Personal checks held 5 - 7 days.

<P>We cannot be responsible for checks or money orders that do not have auction identification. 
<P>When writing please include your ID name, zip code and item number on all emails, checks or money orders.

<p>Our original quilts are a mix of quick quilts, traditional designs and our confetti quotation quilts which are all one of a kind.
<p>We have a record 100% of parcels delivered safely and perfectly, parcel lost is rare, however, it may happen. When a parcel has not been delivered after 30 days of the date we sent it, we shall consider the parcel must have been lost, we will then fill out the lost item form at the post office. We do not refund on items without insurance and we do not refund shipping cost. It's always best if you have lost items before to ship priority receipt mail. The tracking receipt is a sure way to find your package.
<P>Have all your questions answered before bidding. If you bid and win the item, you are legally bound to purchase it.

 

If we ship the wrong item or send to the wrong address we will make it good. We list colors as WE see them. Fabrics are printed patterns unless the auction states differently. Your mistakes or assumptions are not refundable. You must ask questions BEFORE bidding to be considered for a refund. We don't give refunds on purchases without insurance that are lost in the mail. Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
