With the average cost of a wedding today exceeding over $25,000, it is amazing to consider that a decent DJ can still be had for around $1200 to $1500 (less than 6% of the budget) yet contributes to about 80% of your wedding's overall success!
There are a few factors we take into consideration when customizing our pricing for your wedding:
DATE & TIME OF THE EVENT - Holidays and peak times tend to be a bit higher than less demanding dates.
LOCATION & EXACT SETUP AREA AT THE VENUE - Distance traveled and the ease/difficulty to get equipment to the event site are considered.
NUMBER OF GUESTS ANTICIPATED - Not that we charge by the person, but the size of the room and number of guests dictate the size and power of the equipment necessary for adequate coverage.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUIRED - Ceremony Coverage, Second Sound System, Atmospheric Uplighting, Wireless Speakers, etc.) With these criteria in mind, we have taken our most-requested configurations and put together a selection of perfect wedding packages that can be further customized to your liking.

Our

PROFESSIONAL DISC JOCKEY / EMCEE - Your wedding will be overseen by veteran DJ Chris "Hughes" Whybrew, who has
years experience entertaining at weddings. He will personally act as your master of ceremonies throughout your reception, coordinating all details including introductions, cake cutting, bridal dances, parental dances, bouquet and garter toss, etc. All systems are completely set up and operational prior to the scheduled arrival of your guests.
CONSULTATIONS / EVENT COORDINATION - In addition to personal consultation meetings in our office or by phone, you'll have complete 24/7 access to our online client-only section to plan your event (Wedding Planners, Music Libraries, etc.) In addition, a finalization
phone call or
meeting will take place four to twenty-one
days prior to your event date.
MUSIC
- This package starts with a beautiful
blend of background music to fill your reception
during your cocktail and dinner hours, followed
by hours of uninterrupted dance music based
on requests provided by you and your guests.
SOUND
SYSTEM - This package is equipped with our Enhanced
Sound System - a state-of-the-art,
2 speaker equalized sound system, professionally
road cased with a complete back up system
on site, wireless microphone, and a library
of thousands of songs to choose from. Easily
accommodates smaller groups up to 125 guests! (Larger
sound system is available.) And we take
the time to make sure it is attractively
displayed!
The
Entertainer works great for small, informal
daytime weddings, and starts as low as
$1195.

SOUND
SYSTEM - This package is equipped with our Deluxe
Sound System - a more robust state-of-the-art,
2 to 4 speaker equalized sound system, professionally
road cased with a complete back up system
on site, wireless microphone, and a library
of thousands of songs to choose from. Easily
accommodates mid-sized groups up to 250 people! (Larger
sound system is available.) And we take
the time to make sure it is attractively
displayed!
 LIGHTING
- For indoor evening events, this package
also includes our Deluxe Light Show,
a semi-intelligent lighting system (comprised
of Martin RoboColors) extended into the air
to add a splash of color across the dance
floor. This will most definitely turn your
reception into a very contemporary, exciting
dance atmosphere.

It is professionally road cased with a complete back up system on site, microphone, and a library of thousands of songs to choose from. Easily accommodates larger groups of up to 500 people! (Larger sound system is available.) And we take the time to make sure it is attractively displayed!
 LIGHTING - For indoor evening events, The Premier comes equipped with our Premium Light Show, a complete computer-controlled intelligent lighting system (comprised of Elation DesignSpots, Martin RoboScans & RoboColors) extended into the air to light your dance floor in an array of moving color and patterns to add to the ambiance of your event!
